#SanDiego - Will you be joining me on Friday, March 6th for the @RideOutLyme fundraiser @soulcyclelajolla π΄ββοΈππ΄π½ββοΈ? I genuinely thought Lyme disease would be the end of me in 2018, and I wouldnβt have imagined that I would here today, able to ride a bike and bring awareness to this awful disease. Iβm emotional even writing about it. But fortunately, Iβve had a phenomenal support system (shout-out to my parents + partner), and access to resources to combat, and treat my various symptoms. I still have a long way to go in my treatment, but I am so much better, stronger, grateful, and more energetic than beforeππ½
Ready to sign up? Head to the link in the bio, and use code DISCOUNT25 until February 24th for a $25 bike! Canβt physically ride right now? Donβt worry, I was in the same boat last year. There is an option to have someone ride on your behalf. OR, you can ride virtually! Alternatively, you can donate $$$ to a wonderful cause. All proceeds benefit #lymedisease research and grants for patients in need of financial assistance through the @bayarealymefoundation (they also test ticks for free, yβall!). For those not in SD, #RideoutLyme will be touring this fundraiser in other parts of California and the US. Thank you in advance, and I hope to see you there! #PowerThru2Cure #lymewarrior #lymedontkillmyvibe
