Testimonials

“As a Travel Writer, I had been wanted to create a Media Kit that is a quick introduction about me and all my Social Media stats. Christina helped me create the perfect three page Media Kit. Now I have something to share with editors and visitor bureaus. It is professional and has a personality too. She gave me a list of questions and some photos to include and she did additional research on my web site to create the kit. She designed it in CANVA using a Template and then built it from there. I am able to go in and update it each month and now I am off to the races! Thank you, Christina!”

“I worked with Christina as part of launching imaware™, our at-home testing platform for chronic illness, including celiac disease. Christina brought many skills to the table, including empathy for the celiac disease community, understanding of the pain points of the community, and ways to present our solution with true value. Her support in creating new content, as well as validated existing content, helped us achieve incredible engagement with our target audience in the very early days of our launch. I would highly recommend Christina for both her writing and her professionalism.”

She is robust and a go-getter traveler with her wild fantasies about travel.”

When my daughter was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s two weeks before moving to San Diego for college we both panicked! I gave her a crash course in gluten free cooking but I knew that wasn’t going to be enough given this was the first time she has ever lived on her own and would have to cook/fend for herself. I knew we had to find some gluten free/friendly restaurants around her so she would have some options.

After a quick Instagram search I came across Christina’s account (buenqamino). I perused her photos and wanted to know more so I clicked on the link in her bio and the rest is history! I started with her article on Gluten-Free San Diego. She included so many wonderful recommendations. My daughter has tried at least 3 of them to date and has loved them all. I reached out to Christina to express my gratitude and she responded immediately with kindness and understanding.

On top of that she sent me even more recommendations and continues to send them as she encounters new places! I really can’t thank her enough. This has been a very emotional time for our family and Christina and her blog has been a lifesaver. I can’t wait to try out her Las Vegas recommendations when we go early next year!

“My graduate business school application was due in one day, and I was in a panic about my essays. I kept trying to edit them myself, but I needed an outside perspective—Christina was the first person to come to mind. Her expertise and professional experience are unparalleled, and if there was anyone I could trust to help me, it was her. I sought her assistance last-minute the day before I was supposed to hit submit, and she took the extra time to review them. She went above and beyond my expectations, and I was extremely impressed with her dedication and timeliness to improving my essays. Her suggestions were innovative, clear, concise, all while maintaining my original voice. She took the time to be thorough and detailed in her reviewing and editing, despite the time constraint, which is a testament to her dedication and passion to writing as well as her clients. I am extremely grateful to have had her be a part of my writing process, and I was able to submit my application with confidence.”

“I’ve known Christina for over 15 years and recently sought out her advice/expertise while writing my graduate school application essays for my Master of Social Work. After sending Christina my essay drafts to review and make edits, not only did she respond within mere minutes, but her suggested edits were consistently sound, accurate, and targeted each essay prompt. Christina thoughtfully and diligently reviewed more than three dozen of my essay drafts, and with each suggestion she brought new ideas to the table in order to benefit both my essays, as well as my writing standards. Christina’s ability to quickly empathize with others and recognize the areas of opportunity — whether in an essay or in a life situation — enable the bright human being to methodically guide and empower others to shine their brightest light. Christina allows others to be themselves, while subtly offering alternative options for growth and self-evolvement. I would highly recommend Christina. Her heart is pure; her mind is brilliant; and her passion to help others is genuine.”

Your blog is really inspiring!... As someone who has been on my own journey with Celiac and Hashimoto’s, it is so exciting for me to meet people on similar journeys. I love your blog because it does give hope to many of those who are starting out on a strict AIP diet, wondering how they will regain their freedom and life again; I’m really grateful for what you do...Definitely, a resource that I would recommend to newly diagnosed friends and family as I completely understand the isolation that can come with diagnosis and total lifestyle change.
